We develop web based training for the Oil and Gas industry in the state of the art concept. These are real time online training sessions which every company in the industry would require in training and professional growth of their employees.
Each company employee can view his Web based training (WBT) modules as a list which are accessed from the training section installed in company intranet or server.
Training department can coordinate all activities through a administrator section to send specific training modules to each employee as a link in email mentioning about the mandatory course he needs to complete by the mentioned due date.
The employee can access his training page on clicking the link and then logging in to the application using secured credentials. The individual training page lists all his courses for the year and their completion due dates.
Employee can select the training module he wishes to take and complete it in the said time
